For over 25 years, Denise has planned and conducted collaborative planning projects for Fortune 100s, start-ups, non-profits and communities alike to identify and realize their collective goals.

Some of these engagements included:

  • Assisting a totally new global function within a Fortune 100 pharmaceutical exceed its goals within the first year of its start up by designing a series of leadership and multi-stakeholder retreats;
  • Assisting the city of Los Angeles in developing a strategic plan for their regional transit system;
  • Designing and facilitating a collaborative conference with the Yale School of Public Health, the New Haven Mayor’s Office and the city's Community groups to develop ways to use research from the Yale School of Medicine to support the building of a healthy New Haven community;
  • Facilitating a community-wide conversation to help the city of Leon, Nicaragua collaboratively develop a plan for making the city accessible to all;
  • Facilitating a collaborative process to assist a Fortune 100 pharmaceutical company in designing a new approach in their R&D process for cancer therapies;
  • Facilitating the strategic planning for Emory University’s Children's Heart Center, the largest pediatric cardiology center in the southeastern US;
  • Working with the city of Northampton MA to strategically address the issue of homelessness.
